Lieske Renz

Lieske Renz has extensive work experience in various companies and roles. They are currently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer and the Chief People Officer at Arch Amenities Group since 2023 and 2021, respectively. Prior to this, they worked as the VP of Human Resources at SSP America from 2018 to 2021. Lieske also held positions at Liquor Stores, NA Ltd as the Senior Vice President of Shared Services and as the SVP of Human Resources & CPO from 2014 to 2017. They served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Yum! Restaurants International from 2012 to 2014 and also took on the role of Interim HR Director at Yum Turkey for a short-term assignment in 2013. Lieske worked at KFC / Yum! Brands in various roles, including Director of HR Strategy & Training Design, Director of HR - Great Lakes Territory, Director of One-System Training, Sr. Manager of Human Resources, and People Capabilities Leader from 2003 to 2012. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Corporate Human Resources at Swissotel Management Corp from 1998 to 2001. Lieske started their career as the Manager of HR, Operations & Sales at Swissotel Atlanta from 1993 to 1998. They also worked as a Sales Manager at Sheraton Premiere at Tysons Corner from 1991 to 1993 and as a Guest Services at The Ritz-Carlton - Pentagon City from 1990 to 1991.

Lieske Renz earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2001. Lieske later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution, completing it in 2010. In addition to their degrees, Renz obtained the Senior Professional Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute in 2006, and the Global Professional Human Resources certification in 2013.
