Susie Hammer

Susie Hammer has extensive work experience in the spa and fitness industry. Susie started their career at WTS International as a Fitness Marketing Intern in 1997. Susie then moved on to various roles within the company, including Fitness Director, Director of Spa & Fitness, and Director of Spa Operations. During their time at WTS International, Susie managed spa, fitness, and pool operations, oversaw corporate spa teams, and managed the transition process of new spa accounts. In 2015, they joined Arch Amenities Group as the Vice President of Spas, where they have been responsible for overseeing the performance of 76 spas and managing the transition process of new spa accounts. Throughout their career, Susie has demonstrated strong leadership, operational excellence, and a focus on customer service.

Susie Hammer completed their Master's degree in Health & Fitness Management from American University in 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing & International Business from Penn State University, graduating in 1998. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Certified Spa Supervisor from ISPA.
