Tom Castor

Tom Castor has a strong background in engineering management, with experience in leading and managing the delivery of Systems Engineering and Safety Assurance Services. Prior to their current role as Regional Director at ARCH Artifex, Tom held key positions at Metro Trains Melbourne, SMEC, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Chiltern Railways, and Ericsson AsiaPacificLab. Castor holds a Masters in Management from Monash University and a BEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Bradford.
