Francis Ebong

Francis Ebong is the current Director at Arch Capital Group. Prior to this, they held various positions at different companies including X, the moonshot factory, Alan AI, Facebook, and Postmates Inc. Francis has also served as a Supply Officer in the US Navy.

Ebong has always been interested in technology and how it can be used to help people. This led him to pursue a career in management consulting, where they helped companies improve their operations. Francis later joined Apple, where they led the team responsible for the global business operations of new and emerging businesses.

At Facebook, Ebong was responsible for leading the team that managed consumer operations for new and emerging businesses. Francis also played a key role in scaling platform partnerships in the global developer ecosystem. Ebong’s experience with both start-ups and large corporations has given him a unique perspective on how to grow businesses.

Ebong’s work at Arch Capital Group is focused on helping the company grow its business in a sustainable way. Francis is also passionate about giving back to their community and is involved in several philanthropic initiatives.

After graduating from the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in General Science (Computer Science, Physics, Engineering), Francis Ebong pursued an MBA at The George Washington University School of Business.
