Jennifer Centrone

Jennifer Centrone is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Arch Capital Group. Jennifer previously served as Senior Vice President, HR - Retirement and Employee Benefits at Voya Financial from August 2015 to May 2019.

Jennifer has extensive experience in HR, including talent strategy, M&A activities, and sales compensation. Jennifer was responsible for driving performance through 3500 employees in businesses that comprise ~65% of Voya’s adjusted operating earnings. Under their leadership, the company achieved 7M in savings through continuous improvement and organizational strategies.

Jennifer is a strategic and innovative leader, who influenced the CEO to clearly define new business vision, aspiration and culture. Jennifer partnered with the CEO on a complete rebuild of the leadership team; leveraged buy/build strategy to create high performing team. The company saw record sales, revenues and operating earnings from 2017-2018.

Leading HR centers of excellence resources in supporting our business priorities including compensation, talent acquisition, talent management and development, HR analytics and operations, Jennifer has made a significant impact on the company. Jennifer is continuing to lead talent strategy across Voya to ensure they have the right future talent and capabilities to win.

Jennifer Centrone's educational career includes a BA in English Writing and Literature from Fairfield University, as well as dual minors in Communications and Women's Studies.
