Pauline Dowling

Pauline Dowling is an accomplished professional with a robust background in learning solutions and talent management. Currently serving as the Director of Learning Solutions for Process Excellence at Arch Capital Services Inc., Pauline's previous roles include Chief Talent Officer and Regional Managing Director of PA, NY & CT Operations at ESF Camps & Experiences, where Pauline also held the position of Director of Learning and Leadership Development. Earlier in their career, Pauline worked as an Instructional Design Manager at Performance Development Group and as a Consultant/Training Specialist at PECO Energy. Additionally, Pauline was the Director of Learning Solutions at Lean Horizons Consulting. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education in Instructional Systems with a focus on Training Design and Development from Penn State Great Valley and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary and Special Education from La Salle University.
