Patrick A. Kriegshauser

Patrick A. Kriegshauser serves as executive vice president, chief financial officer and a director of ArchKey Holdings Inc. Mr. Kriegshauser also serves as executive vice president of Sachs Electric Company, which is owned by ArchKey Holdings Inc. He has held executive level positions with Sachs Electric Company since 2000. From 1985 to 2000, Mr. Kriegshauser served in various executive capacities at the Company, including serving as senior vice president and chief financial officer from 1996 to 2000. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Kriegshauser joined the Company’s Board of Directors in October 2016. Public company directorships in the last five years: Walter Energy, Inc. (from 2006 to February 2016).
