Lindsay Davis

Lindsay Davis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Development Coordinator at ARCH FORD EDUCATION COOPERATIVE since January 2012, Lindsay manages the Human Resource Department, updates employee policies, and addresses employee relations issues. Previous roles include Senior Team Lead at Target from May 2004 to May 2007, where responsibilities encompassed daily store operations, training new hires, and community engagement initiatives. Lindsay began a career in retail as an Assistant Manager at Walmart from January 1999 to May 2004. Academically, Lindsay is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management at Arkansas State University, building on a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Kaplan University and an Associate of Science in General Education from the University of Arkansas Community College at Morrilton.
