Adam Gaerte

Adam Gaerte has a diverse background in machining and entrepreneurship, currently serving in a setup role at ARCH Medical Solutions since May 2023. Previously, Adam worked as a Computer Numerical Control Machinist at Workrite Aerostar Machining from December 2021 to May 2023 and accumulated extensive experience as a Toolmaker at Busche CNC from September 2012 to April 2023. Additionally, Adam held the position of Die Cast Lead at Shiloh Industries from April 2018 to September 2020 and briefly worked as a painter and stainer at Aristoline Cabinets in January 2010. Adam also has a entrepreneurial spirit, having been involved with Advocare since December 2014, focusing on health and weight loss goals. Adam graduated from Columbia City High School in 2002.
