Shadrach Flores has extensive experience in business development and engineering roles, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at ARCH Medical Solutions since February 2020. Prior to this position, Shadrach held dual roles as Director of Process Engineering and Estimating at the same company. From February 1996 to February 2020, Shadrach was with McDonald Machine Inc., MMi, where the role of Director of Sales and Marketing was undertaken, showcasing a strong background in both engineering and sales leadership.
