Oscar Silvero is a seasoned professional in public relations and human resources with extensive experience in managing labor relations and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Global Public Relations Head at ARCH Resources Group since May 2008, Oscar has a proven track record of fostering strategic relationships with various stakeholders.
