Dale Hindmarsh

Dale Hindmarsh has extensive work experience in various roles related to operations, compliance, and human resources. Most recently, Dale served as the Director of Operations and Compliance at Arch Staffing & Consulting starting from July 2023. Prior to that, from February 2015 to February 2021, Dale worked as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at Kelly Services (Canada), Ltd. Dale also held positions such as Manager of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at ATCO Structures & Logistics from August 2011 to November 2014 and Manager of Human Resources and National Recruitment Manager at The Forzani Group from January 2006 to August 2011. Earlier in their career, Dale served as an On Site Manager - HR at Manpower Alberta from November 2004 to February 2006 and as a Sales Manager / Service Manager at Staples, Calgary from November 2003 to November 2004.

Dale Hindmarsh has a diverse education history. In 1993 to 1995, they attended Lester B Pearson High School, but did not pursue a specific degree. From 1994 to 1998, Dale earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources and Anthropology from the University of Calgary. In 2013, they enrolled in the Executive Coaching - CEC program at Royal Roads University.

In addition to their formal education, Dale has obtained several certifications. In 2011, they completed the Organizational Design Program at Queen's University. In 2014, they obtained the MBTI Step 1 and 2 certifications from Psychometrics. Most recently, in 2017, Dale obtained the Thomas PPA Analyst certification from Thomas International.
