Belinda Valdes

Belinda Valdes has over 25 years of experience in logistics and customs regulatory compliance, currently serving as the Director of Customs Regulatory Compliance and Logistics Operations at Starboard Cruise Services since September 2006. In this role, Belinda leads end-to-end logistics for international and domestic supply chains, ensuring 100% on-time product delivery across multiple ports and overseeing compliance for over 100 vendor partners. Previously, as Sr Manager of Customs Compliance and Reverse Logistics, Belinda managed programs that recovered over $20 million annually through strategic initiatives. Earlier in the career at UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Belinda held the position of Operations Manager, directing logistics and transportation operations for Fortune 500 clients. Belinda's education includes attendance at UPS Leadership School.
