Hank Sprintz

Hank (He/Him) has a passion for helping great people grow great companies especially in and around manufacturing environments. Earlier in his career at Intel, Hank (as an experienced plant controller) traveled to internal factories worldwide, advising factory management teams during the company’s sprint to achieve World-Class Manufacturing standards. He and his team were awarded the company’s highest honor for the positive impact of this critical financial element on Intel’s transition to manufacturing excellence. Hank has led Finance at several start-ups along the way to his current role at Arch where he assists the leadership team in expanding its approach to sharing sophisticated state-of-the-art tools with manufacturers in a variety of industries. Hank holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business along with a BA from Duke.
