Timothy Waddell

Timothy Waddell has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Timothy started their career at Gold's Gym as a Front Desk Associate, where they were responsible for managing the front desk operations and maintaining customer accounts. Timothy then joined Nike as a Team Lead, where they provided exceptional customer service and conducted introductory phone interviews for prospective employees.

After that, Timothy worked at PNC, first as an Operations Analyst and then as a Detection & Investigation Analyst Lead. In these roles, they demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams. Timothy also managed business corporation disputes, conducted extensive investigations, and implemented measures to prevent fraud.

Next, Timothy worked at CodeSignal as a Finance & Compliance Coordinator and later as a Recruiting Coordinator. In these roles, they managed financial transactions, improved collections, monitored expenses, and implemented new systems to increase efficiency. Timothy also handled routine scheduling, coordinated the end-to-end onsite experience for candidates and interviewers, and collaborated with internal stakeholders.
