Alyson Fan

Alyson Fan is an accomplished professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. Currently serving as the Manager of Operations Planning and Performance at Archaea Energy since August 2023, Alyson previously worked at ExxonMobil in various roles, including Project Controls Engineer, where responsibilities involved managing project budgets and schedules for multiple projects, and as a Cost & Schedule Engineer. Early career experiences include internships at ExxonMobil and Baker Hughes, as well as leadership roles in university projects and collaborations in research. Alyson's diverse skill set encompasses project management, data analysis, and engineering design, coupled with a strong foundation in safety and operational processes.
