Shawn Conway

Shawn Conway is currently the Senior Director Power Generation at Archaea Energy, starting in September 2021. Prior to that, Shawn worked at Aria Energy from April 2009 to September 2021 as a Power Generation Maintenance Manager. With a background in the US Navy as a Gas Turbine Electrical Technician from April 2003 to April 2009, Shawn then pursued higher education at Seminole State College of Florida to earn an Associate of Arts in 2020 and Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 2022. Throughout their career, Shawn has held various roles in power generation maintenance, plant operation, and management.
