Paul Stevens

Paul Stevens is a seasoned archaeologist with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Consultant Archaeologist at Archaeological Management Solutions since November 2021, Paul previously held the position of Post-excavation Manager at Irish Archaeological Consultancy Ltd from January 2018 to December 2021, overseeing project completions and artifact curation. A PhD researcher at University College Dublin from September 2013 to September 2018, Paul's doctoral research focused on the early Irish church's influence on social and economic transformations in Ireland. Prior positions include Senior Archaeologist and Heritage Consultant at Valerie J Keeley Ltd and Project Director at Margaret Gowen & Co. Ltd, among others. Paul holds a PhD in Archaeology from University College Dublin, a BA (Hons) from the University of Leicester, and a BTEC Higher National Diploma from Bournemouth University.
