Alia Delong

Alia DeLong is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Archbold Biological Station since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles at the University of Florida from August 2007 to December 2021, where Alia served as Research Coordinator, Assistant Research Scientist, and Graduate Research Assistant. Alia's educational background encompasses a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Interdisciplinary Ecology (2017-2020), a Master’s Degree in Family, Youth & Community Sciences (2014-2016), and a dual B.S. and B.A. in Biology and French (2007-2013) from the University of Florida. Additionally, Alia held the position of Box Office Supervisor at the Phillips Center for the Performing Arts from February 2008 to December 2016.
