Karen Rice-David is an experienced agroecology research assistant currently employed at Archbold Biological Station since October 2022. Previously, Karen held positions as a 4-H Youth Development Extension Agent and Program Coordinator at UF/IFAS Broward County Extension Education from August 2018 to May 2021, and as a biocontrol biotechnician at USDA-ARS from May 2016 to July 2018. Karen's background also includes significant research experience at the University of Minnesota, contributing to climate change projects and serving as a research coordinator for the "B4Warmed" initiative. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Natural Resources Science and Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from Wheaton College.
