Justin Callais

Chief Economist at Archbridge Institute

Justin Callais is the Chief Economist and Research Fellow at the Archbridge Institute, where research focuses on social and income mobility, alongside outreach efforts with state-based organizations to address poverty. As a co-author of the "Social Mobility in the 50 States" report, Justin actively contributes to the discourse on economic mobility. In addition to this role, Justin serves as an Economic Consultant at Callais Capital and an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. As the Founder and President of Callais Consulting, LLC, and a former Research Fellow at Texas Tech University's Free Market Institute, Justin has a strong academic and practical background in economics, underscored by a PhD in Applied Economics from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from Loyola University New Orleans.
