Crystal Cintron

Crystal Cintron has a diverse range of work experience starting from October 2011. Crystal began their career at ArchCare, where they held various roles over the years. Crystal started as a Human Resources Assistant in October 2011 and worked until February 2015. Crystal then became a Human Resources Coordinator from February 2015 to July 2017. Following that, they transitioned to the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Home Care from July 2017 to December 2020. From January 2021 to May 2022, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Long Term Care. In May 2022, they were promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator and held that position until February 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Manager, starting in February 2023.

In addition to their work at ArchCare, Crystal also had a role at SHRM as the VP of the SHRM Lehman College SHRM Chapter. Crystal started this position in an unspecified month in 2014 and served until January 2016.

Crystal Cintron completed their education starting in 2001 at Murry Bergtraum High School for Business Careers, where they earned a Diploma in Business Administration. Crystal then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources at City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College from 2005 to 2010. Crystal continued their education at the same institution, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources from 2012 to 2015.
