Roman Krupar

Roman Krupar, PharmD, RPh, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Clinical & Pharmacy Services at ArchCare, where responsibilities include overseeing Pharmacy Services and achieving a 4+ CMS Star Rating. With a strong background in pharmacy management, Roman previously held the role of Director of Pharmacy Services at ArchCare, focusing on all aspects of pharmacy operations, including clinical initiatives that lowered drug spend and improved care quality. Prior to ArchCare, experience includes positions as Clinical Initiatives Manager at Prescription Corporation of America and Clinical Rules Specialist at Express Scripts, where Roman developed clinical programs and managed prior authorization processes. Roman began pharmacy career at Walgreens, progressing from Pharmacy Intern to Staff Pharmacist, and holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Long Island University.
