Jneva Norfleet

Jneva Norfleet, M.Ed., currently serves as a Program Analyst (Program Manager) at the Federal Bureau of Investigation, overseeing the Office of the Director of National Intelligence Awards Program and managing executive communications for significant ceremonies and awards. With extensive experience in various roles including Employer Engagement Consultant at George Mason University and Gift Officer at Virginia State University, Jneva has demonstrated a strong ability to connect organizations with talent, enhance fundraising efforts, and implement diversity strategies. Jneva holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Virginia State University and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education at George Mason University.
