Matthew Reinkemeyer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2008, they started as an IT Intern at Duke Manufacturing Co., where they gained experience in network setup, troubleshooting, and data entry. Matthew then moved on to work as a Student and SWOP worker at Franciscan University of Steubenville, where they also served as a Resident's Assistant during their semester abroad in Austria.

In 2011, Matthew joined the Core Team of Radix - Steubenville Youth Group, contributing to the youth ministry efforts. Matthew later became the Coordinator of Youth Evangelization at St. Margaret of York Catholic Church in 2012, focusing on engaging and leading the church's youth.

In 2017, Matthew transitioned to the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, initially working as the Associate Director of Missionary Outreach and later as the Director of Development Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating various aspects of the archdiocesan annual appeal, including donor engagement, marketing, and gift processing.

Throughout their work experiences, Matthew has demonstrated their commitment to service and coordination in various roles within the Catholic Church and the educational sector.

Matthew Reinkemeyer began their education by attending Conception Seminary College from 2006 to 2008. Matthew then went on to pursue an Associate of Arts degree in Mathematics at State Fair Community College from 2008 to 2009. Following that, they attended Franciscan University of Steubenville from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theology and Catechetics and a certification in Youth Ministry. Most recently, from 2019 to 2021, Matthew attended the University of Mary and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Catholic Philanthropy.
