Meg Paul

Meg Paul, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources, beginning with a role as Personnel Specialist at IBM from 1981 to 1993, providing personnel support for sales and service branch offices in the Cincinnati area. Meg then served in various roles at PatientPoint from 1993 to 2013, including HR Director, Acting VP of Human Resources, and Sr. HR Generalist, focusing on HR legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and policy administration. Since December 2013, Meg has been an Employee Relations Consultant for Parishes & Schools at the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Meg holds a Master of Arts in Religion/Ministry from Mount St. Mary's Seminary & School of Theology and a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications from the University of Evansville.
