Leith Tarling

Leith Tarling is an experienced Behaviour Support Consultant currently working with Catholic Education Western Australia since January 2022. Previously, Leith served as Principal Trainer and Lead Behaviour Consultant at Team Teach Asia Pacific, providing training, consultancy, and coaching support from April 2020 to January 2022. Prior roles include Behaviour & Engagement Support with the Department of Education WA and Behaviour Support Team Leader at Dept of Education Western Australia, where case planning and support for diverse school settings were key responsibilities. Leith also worked as a Student Engagement Consultant at Catholic Education Office WA and as a Sessional Academic at Curtin University, focusing on behaviour management theory for pre-service educators. The early career at West Coast Primary Behaviour Centre involved supporting schools with high needs students. Leith holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from Edith Cowan University.
