Richard Lowell CDR USN (Ret) has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Richard started their career as a General Manager at F.L. Smidth in 2000 and later served as the Senior Manager of Training and International Support at ABB until 2006. From 2006 to 2012, Richard worked at Lafarge Cement as a Manufacturing Programs Manager. Richard then joined XEROX Services as the Global Wells Learning Programme Manager at BP from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, Richard held the position of Organizational Change Management Manager at Halliburton through Apex Systems. Richard Lowell CDR USN (Ret) has a strong education background. Richard completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering at the United States Naval Academy from 1971 to 1975. Later on, they pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Science degree in Management from the Naval Postgraduate School between 1986 and 1987. Additionally, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Education with a focus on Instructional Technology at Chapman University from 1993 to 1995.
