Jane Budney

Jane Budney has been working at the Archdiocese of Milwaukee since September 2004 as a Parish & Schools HR Director. Prior to this, Jane worked at Empire Level Mfg. Corporation from April 1985 to June 2004 as an HR Administrator. Jane earned a B.A. in Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1983. In their current role, Jane serves as an HR consultant to parishes and schools within the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, providing guidance on various HR functions such as recruiting, hiring, professional development, performance evaluations, termination, and employment laws.
