Lisa Naeger Shea

Lisa Naeger Shea has extensive work experience in marketing, communications, and community engagement. Lisa Naeger is currently the Director of Community & Media Engagement at the Archdiocese of St. Louis, where they lead a team responsible for internal, external, and digital messaging. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Marketing & Communications at Catholic Charities of St. Louis, where they oversaw marketing and communications functions for eight agencies. Lisa also worked as a Communications Manager at TierPoint, contributing to marketing, PR, and community relations strategies. Lisa Naeger has experience in employee communications, social media, and community relations as a Manager of Corporate Communications at Suddenlink Communications. Additionally, Lisa has worked as an independent consultant, providing writing and editing services to various clients. Overall, Lisa has a diverse background in communications and marketing across different industries.

Lisa Naeger Shea earned their Bachelor of Science in Education with a Writing Certification from the University of Missouri, specializing in Corporate Communications. Lisa Naeger attended the university from 1984 to 2008. In 2008, they obtained a Professional Writing Certificate from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.

In 2019, Lisa embarked on the Lay Formation Program at the Archdiocese of St. Louis, where they pursued their studies in Theology. This program lasted until 2022.

Lisa also holds additional certifications that enhance their professional qualifications. In June 2015, they completed the WICT National Rising Leaders Program, Class 31, offered by Women in Cable Telecommunications. Additionally, in June 2021, they obtained certification from the O'Grady Leadership Institute, offered by Catholic Charities USA.
