Becky Palacios has a diverse and extensive work experience. Becky is currently the Director of Global Operations at ARCHE Advisors since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at The Walt Disney Company from 2012 to 2021, holding positions such as Senior Manager of North America Regional Management and Manager of Corporate Citizenship. Before joining Disney, they were the Quality Systems Manager at Underwriters Laboratories (Responsible Sourcing) from 2011 to 2012. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at STR Responsible Sourcing as the North America Operations Manager and Global Training Analyst. Becky began their career as a Social Compliance Auditor at CSCC from 2004 to 2008.

Becky Palacios earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles. Becky attended the university from 2000 to 2004.
