Khalid Khudayri

Khalid Khudayri has a diverse range of work experience in various industries, including engineering, project management, and mining. Khalid started their career as a Program/Project Manager and Principal Coordinator for construction projects at Soteis, where they managed the reconstruction, renovation, and master planning of real estate and hospitality assets. Khalid then moved on to work as a Projects Manager and Coordinator, Special Projects at H.H.Chairman of the Works Dept Technical Office, overseeing the implementation of tasks related to building and construction management. Khalid later joined DMJM as a Principal Project Manager and Acting Director, responsible for project delivery and management. Khalid also served as the Chief Technical Officer at Qatar Energy City Holding Company, providing executive oversight for the Technical department and leading activities related to the delivery of the Energy City Qatar development. Khalid then joined Archen Engineering Consultants as the Chief Operating Officer, involved in the firm's restructuring and development of corporate and operations policies. Khalid's previous roles also include serving as the Country Managing Director at TAK MINING, S.A. in Mozambique, where they established a new mining prospecting company, and as the Program Director at Parsons International, managing the development of government-owned building projects. Khalid later re-joined AECOM as the Director for Programs & Projects Delivery in Saudi Arabia, responsible for managing programs and projects, business development, and client relations. Currently, Khalid is working as a Director for NEOM KSA, handling staffing, operations setup, design and construction programs, and managing various contractors for the development of the Mountain Sector.

Khalid Khudayri began their education at Oklahoma State University in 1975, but the duration and specific degree or field of study are not provided. Following this, from 1977 to 1980, Khalid attended The Ohio State University and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Architecture.
