Lashkar Akhila, PMP® has a diverse work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. In 2017, Lashkar worked as an Associate at ANZ, where they managed customer requests regarding their credit/debit card transactions, and analyzed the nature of the transaction. From 2018 to 2019, Lashkar worked as a Process Associate at Tech Mahindra, where they handled customer and custodian requests, and performed data cleansing by comparing data from different vendor sources. Finally, from 2019 to 2022, Lashkar worked as a Project Manager at Microsoft, where they delivered more than 70+ projects and 3 programs for both EMEA and APAC regions in multiple industries, and worked closely with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements were suitably defined, understood, and signed off.

Lashkar Akhila, PMP® holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Osmania University. Lashkar then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Finance, General from University of Mysore, which they completed in 2017. Lashkar also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance, General from ISBR Business School, which they completed in 2017. Lashkar Akhila, PMP® has also obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals (October 2021), Accessibility in Action (November 2020), Implementing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions (March 2020), Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (March 2020), Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) (January 2020), Project Management Professional (PMP)® (June 2022) and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)® (December 2020).
