Tamera Lawrence has a strong background in communications and media strategy. Tamera began their career as a Media Buying/Planning Intern at GSD&M Idea City in 2006 before moving to the role of Assistant Digital Media Planner at GSD&M in 2008. There, they worked on accounts such as BMW and MasterCard, handling campaign planning, implementation, and management. In 2012, Tamera joined Tocquigny as a Senior Media Strategist, where they contributed to media strategy development. Tamera then transitioned to Archer Malmo in 2015, starting as a Sr. Strategist and moving up to Associate Media Director in 2018. Currently, Tamera holds the position of Director, Integrated Communications Strategy at Archer Malmo. Their expertise lies in developing and executing media plans to achieve various goals such as awareness and site traffic growth.

Tamera Lawrence attended Texas State University from 2003 to 2007. Tamera obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a specialization in Advertising. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Psychology during their time at the university.
