Troy Scott

Troy Scott has a diverse and extensive work experience in the sales and marketing field. Troy currently holds the position of Sr. Vice President, Sales & Marketing / Executive Team at Archer Advanced Rubber Components since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Sales & Marketing at the same company from July 2021. Troy also worked as the Director of Sales Marketing at Archer Advanced Rubber Components from August 2020 to July 2021. Before joining Archer Advanced Rubber Components, Troy held the role of National Sales Manager at Purosil, LLC and Mission Rubber Company LLC from April 2016 to August 2020. Troy also served as the Vice President of Business Development / Executive Team at Wescon Plastics from November 2013 to April 2016 and RL Hudson from March 2008 to November 2013. Starting their career, Troy worked as a Technical Sales Representative at Minnesota Rubber & Plastics from 2004 to 2008 and as an Account Manager at Buckhorn Rubber Products from 1996 to 2004.

Troy Scott earned a BS in Business from Missouri Valley College in 1996. Troy later obtained an MBA in Business Management from William Woods University from 1998 to 2000.
