Louise Odom

Louise Odom is an experienced sales and marketing professional in the senior living industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Experience Senior Living since September 2025. In this role, Louise Odom spearheads sales performance and strategy across a diverse portfolio of senior living communities, collaborating with operational and clinical teams to enhance revenue and improve customer experiences. Prior to this position, Louise Odom held the role of Senior Regional Director of Sales at Erickson Living from September 2012 to September 2025, overseeing sales for eight Continuing Care Communities in states including Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Texas, and New Jersey. Additional experience includes serving as Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing at Legacy Senior Communities, Inc., and as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing at Sunrise Senior Living from 1999 to 2011. Louise Odom is an alumnus of Scottsdale Community College.
