Janet Lund has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of behavior analysis. Janet is currently serving as the Executive Director for Women in Behavior Analysis since February 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded and held the position of Executive Vice President at BehaviorLive starting from October 2019. In August 2022, they joined Archer Behavioral Health as the Chief Clinical Officer. From June 2019 to April 2022, they worked as the Vice President of Training and Performance Management at Kadiant. Before that, they served as the Chief Production Officer at DataFinch Technologies from August 2009 to May 2019. From January 2002 to May 2019, they held the position of Director of Autism Services at Integrated Behavioral Solutions. Janet began their career as a Senior Consultant at Aubrey Daniels International in December 1999 and worked there until December 2017.
Janet Lund obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale in the period of 1993-1995. Janet further pursued their education at Florida State University where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Cognitive Behavioral Science from 1995-1999.
