Alexander Lichter is a seasoned professional in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Vice President Flavors EMEA - Nutrition at ADM since November 2024. Lichter began the career at Doehler as Business Unit Director Dairy, specializing in skill development and communication. Lichter earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Kassel, providing a strong scientific foundation for a distinguished career in the industry.
