C. Michelle Williams

C. Michelle Williams is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the North America Regional HR Manager at ADM since 2021, overseeing human, animal, and pet nutrition functions along with health and wellness strategy and enterprise sales. Prior to ADM, C. Michelle held various HR roles at Deerland Probiotics & Enzymes from 2017 to 2022, including HR Manager and Interim Director of HR. Additional experience includes a role as Sr. Talent Consultant at Rubicon Global in 2016, a High Volume Brand Manager at L Brands from 2015 to 2016, and several positions at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. between 2007 and 2015, culminating in a Sales Manager role. C. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Georgia Gwinnett College.
