Dionne W. Randolph

Dionne W. Randolph, MSPH, currently serves as the Lead Environmental Health and Safety Auditor at ADM since May 2021. Prior to this role, Dionne was a Senior Regulatory Consultant at DuPont from May 2018 to December 2020, where leadership included overseeing five implementation teams across 25 manufacturing and chemical plants globally to ensure compliance with evolving EH&S regulations. Dionne's extensive experience at Dow from 1991 to 2018 included serving as a Senior Lead EH&S Manager, where key contributions involved developing and leading a best-in-class EH&S audit program and engaging corporate and site-level staff in the auditing process. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Health with a focus on Environmental Science from Tulane University and additional studies at Louisiana State University.
