Tehreem Rehman

Tehreem Rehman, MD MPH MBA, currently serves as Associate Medical Director at The Mount Sinai Hospital, overseeing the ED Geriatric Service and chairing various committees aimed at enhancing emergency department operations and communication. As a Physician Advisor within Mount Sinai Health System, Tehreem conducts medical necessity reviews to ensure compliance with evidence-based criteria, collaborating with clinical teams to improve documentation accuracy and care level assignments. Previously, Tehreem worked as an attending physician at University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and contributed to clinical education and quality assurance efforts. Additionally, Tehreem held leadership roles in social emergency medicine and emergency medicine residency administration, focusing on enhancing patient care through interdisciplinary collaboration and community-based interventions.
