Eder Ramirez

Eder Ramirez is a seasoned professional in talent development and learning, currently serving as the Corporate Talent and Development Partner Manager at ADM since March 2022. Prior to this role, Eder held the position of Talent and Learning Partner Manager at Jabil from March 2019 to March 2022, focusing on leadership programs and succession planning across the United States and Mexico. Eder's experience also includes serving as Learning Leader for LATAM at GE, where responsibilities encompassed the strategy and execution of learning and development initiatives. Earlier roles include Learning and Development Manager at Sitel Mexico and Operations Manager at Teleperformance Mexico.
