Emmanuel Diaz

Emmanuel Diaz is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as an MPI Practitioner at ADM since July 2025. Prior to this role, Emmanuel worked as a Reliability Engineer at Nufarm, managing preventive maintenance schedules and collaborating with teams on equipment repairs from August 2023 to July 2025. Emmanuel held the position of Strategic Engineer - BOP at Constellation, focusing on multiple systems in a PWR power plant from September 2022 to July 2023, where responsibilities included reviewing maintenance requests and performing inspections. Earlier experience includes serving as an Equipment Asset Engineer at INEOS, where Emmanuel worked on unit reliability and risk management, and as a Senior Engineer at WEC Energy Group, participating in an engineering rotational program across various roles. Emmanuel is currently an MBA candidate at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
