Fernando Henrique Gonzalez

Fernando Henrique Gonzalez is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as the Financial Director for the Health & Wellness Division and ADM Ventures at ADM since November 2004, Fernando is responsible for financial management across eight global businesses, driving growth initiatives through partnership with business leaders. Prior roles include FP&A Manager for the EMEA region and ADM Biopolis, where Fernando managed financial operations for acquired biotechnology firms. Earlier experience encompasses roles in accounting and internal audit across various regions, including North America and Brazil. Fernando holds an MBA from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Business Administration at the University of Valencia, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of São Paulo.
