Jeri Kuck

Jeri Kuck is a seasoned professional in organizational change management with a diverse background spanning various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Organizational Change Leader at ADM since March 2025, Jeri is also the CEO and Founder of The Kuck Connection, LLC, established in April 2019, focusing on leadership challenges and complex changes within organizations. Previous experiences include roles at Kroger, where Jeri led the Organizational Change Management Strategy for critical systems implementations, and GE, where Jeri significantly contributed to improving employee experience and workplace design globally. With a history of leading enterprise-wide changes and a strong foundation in Six Sigma methodologies, Jeri’s expertise encompasses cultural transformations, technology integration, and organizational structure improvements. Jeri holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Kentucky.
