Jessica Kidwell

Jessica Kidwell is an experienced executive with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. At ADM from February 2017 to June 2025, Jessica held multiple vice presidential roles, including Vice President of CD&D Global Colors, CD&D North America, and CD&D Global Pet Nutrition, focusing on delivering high-quality nutrition and innovative solutions for the companion animal industry. Prior to this, Jessica worked at WILD Flavors & Specialty Ingredients, ADM from October 2009 to February 2017, where responsibilities included Senior Director of Product Development & Applications and Senior Director of Beverage Applications. Jessica began a career at Aerotek Scientific as a Chemical Assessor for P&G in 2002. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Pre-Med from Eastern Kentucky University, earned between January 1998 and January 2002.
