Joy Merritt possesses extensive expertise in product development and applications within the beverage and food sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development & Applications at ADM since December 2015, Joy has previously held significant roles at IFF, including Manager of Confectionery Applications NA, Manager of Beverage Applications NA, and Senior Food Technologist from December 1999 to December 2015. Earlier experience includes positions as a Food Technologist at Firmenich and as a Food Technologist-Beverage at Givaudan. Joy holds a Master's degree in Food Science from Rutgers University, earned between 1992 and 2001.
