Marie-Bénédicte Charpentier is an accomplished marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in the veterinary and agricultural industries. Currently serving as the Marketing & Growth Director and Head of EMEAI at ADM, Charpentier has a proven track record in strategic project design and innovative solution development. Previous roles include Director of Project & Business Development at Neovia Group, where notable achievements included launching the Farm of the Future project and building a network of 27 Ag Tech companies. Other significant positions held include Head of International Business Unit at Vetoquinol, Head of Business Unit at Novartis, and Marketing Manager at both Nestlé and Danone. Charpentier holds an MBA from Sciences Po and an English degree from the American School in Paris.
