Megan Bole

Megan Bole is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I), and workforce development. Currently serving as VP of HR at ADM, Megan also holds the role of Global Head of Talent Acquisition, DE&I, and Workforce Development. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Mondelēz International as Director of Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and HR Transformation Lead, as well as various roles in talent acquisition and diversity at Kraft Foods. Additionally, Megan served as Senior Recruiter and ACCO Diversity Lead at ACCO Brands Corporation and held the position of Operations Manager at Select Staffing.
