Nikita Nakanishi

Nikita Nakanishi, MHA, currently serves as the Growth & Sales Excellence Lead for The Americas at ADM, a position held since 2025. Previously, Nakanishi was the Director of Enterprise Innovation, Strategy & Operations at Walgreens Boots Alliance from 2020 to 2024, and held various roles at DaVita Kidney Care from 2017 to early 2020, including Manager of Strategic Development and Internal Strategy Consultant. Nakanishi also has experience as a Consultant at bioStrategies Group and as Project Manager and Spokesperson for TapSpaces. Nakanishi earned a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Health and Healthcare Policy from the University of Connecticut, alongside a certification from DaVita Management Training in Organizational Leadership.
